The NCS (National Church Solutions) and Pushpay integration is a diverse yet simple traditional giving solution that seamlessly pulls church member names and addresses from your ChMS to facilitate the NCS envelope mailing program.
This integration will provide traditional offertory envelopes (that can also include online giving information via a QR code) while reducing inaccurate information and improving administrative efficiency, which will encourage consistent giving and increase cash flow among congregants.

Who is NCS?
We are an offering envelope company helping churches grow their stewardship and membership for over 100 years.
How do we send you our member list?
With our unique partnership with PushPay, you don’t have to send anything. We can pull your member list, saving staff time. When you join the NCS mailing program, you will receive a scheduled date to notify you when the list will be pulled.
If we update our membership list or address, how long before the change takes effect?
If you make the changes before your list is pulled, they will take effect on the very next mailing.
Do we get notified of address changes or incorrect addresses of our members?
Yes.
Can we print our QR giving code on the envelopes?
Yes! This is fairly unique to NCS with the PushPay partnership.
Can we keep our current weekly envelope design?
Yes, if the design is not copyrighted. We would need to slightly change the layout to accommodate where we print the members’ names.
Do you include diocese and other special collections in our members' packets?
Yes. We will verify your special collections and the date you want them inserted. We will use the Diocese-approved artwork, one of our preprinted options, or you can do a custom design.
What frequency of mailing do you offer?
Monthly is the most common option but we do offer a bi-monthly and quarterly option.
Can we also order pew (bulk) envelopes for our church?
Yes
What size is the offering envelope?
3”x 6.3125”-- this size does fit a dollar bill or a personal check without being folded
Will my mailing include a mail-back envelope?
Yes. Most churches include 1-2 mail-back envelopes per mailing. This allows your members to mail back their donations when they can’t attend mass.
Several parishes have merged but can I get separate invoices for each parish?
Yes
Can I send special collection envelopes to my online givers?
Yes, and this is an excellent way to encourage the giving to these collections.
Can we get packets for new members?
Yes, we design and print new member packets to help make your newest members feel part of your community.
Does NCS offer special mailings for Easter, Christmas, or a special collection campaign?
Yes, we consistently fulfill special mailings for special occasions or collections.
